We ship daily from our warehouse in Victoria.

We use Australia Post for all shipping. Standard shipping is free Australia wide. Most orders will receive a shipping/tracking number.

Returns policy

 

We want you to love your purchase, however if you change your mind, you can request to return your Plegium Defence Spray, by emailing sales@plegium.com.au and we will provide return further instructions.

We may offer you a refund provided the request:

-        Is made within 30 days of purchase

-        The Plegium Defence Spray is in salable condition, unused with original sealed packaging

Plegium Australia reserve the right to assess the return to determine it meets the criteria for a refund.

Where goods are faulty or defective, Plegium Australia will assess the defective product to  determine if a replacement or refund is warranted. Where the product has been rendered faulty or defective due to misuse or abnormal use, the product will not be replaced.

Once the Plegium Defence Spray has been deployed, the product can continue to be used as an alarm, but the dye cannot be replenished. This does not render the product faulty or defective, it is designed as a single use product.
